This Year 4 theme, “Moving & Growing,” centres on exploring identity through the question, “Who am I?” It investigates our similarities and differences and the unique creation of people and animals by divine design. The theme delves into the concept of Shakhsiyah and character, drawing inspiration from important sahabah, learning from the example of their own shakhsiyah. Learners reflect on the role of the Quran as a living guide, covering its divine revelation, collection, transmission, and the importance of Makkah and Madinah verses. Learners also reflect on the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) the Sunnah and Seerah, highlighting his exemplary character, the gifts bestowed upon him by Allah, and the lessons from the Meccan and Medinan periods. Learners also gain insight into the science of hadith collection, unveiling the critical thought behind the preservation of the words of the Prophet (saw). The theme encourages personal transformation and practical engagement with the Quran and Sunnah, making these teachings relevant and engaging for learners.
